Ryan has done a few projects for us over the years with the most recent being a deck plus 3-season room addition. It turn out even better than I had envisioned with adding his expert suggestions! We hired RBM Construction to do some interior remodeling which included replacing the trim in the main living area and hallways of our home as well as all of the interior doors. Ryan offered great suggestions on what colors and materials to use. He offered a fair estimate and good timeline for completion. While Ryan and Drew were working in our home they were respectful, neat, and hardworking. The job was completed ahead of schedule, The completed project looks even better than we expected! Ryan and his crew remodeled our downstairs bathroom. We had a larger walk-in shower, and ADA toliet installed along with a pocket door to the bathroom. Ryan gave us a detailed estimate, and a honest timeline. The bathroom turned out beautiful. Ryan is a craftsman with a reputation for quality workmanship. The crew were neat and very thoughtful. They would text in the morning letting us know they were on their way over. And at the end of the day we always got a update on how things were coming along. Communication was excellent. Ryan from RBM Construction has been helping me remodel my house since 2018 when I needed a new bathroom that was handicap accessible after my husband’s stroke. He then built two new sturdy decks with beautiful railings for both the front and back of the house, a huge new shed to store all our winter and summer lawn equipment, completely remodeled my kitchen to open it up and not have any barriers for my husband’s walker, built a laundry area on the main floor so that I didn’t have to walk downstairs to do laundry. More recently Ryan remodeled my basement, adding a beautiful bathroom, bedroom and living area for when I have my grandchildren staying over for a visit. Everything Ryan and his crew have built is top quality yet didn’t break the bank. He is fast and efficient and very meticulous about doing excellent work. I would highly recommend Ryan for your building needs. Thank you Ryan for your kind and caring heart. I almost forgot to mention that he has also done excellent work on both my daughter and son’s homes. Our outside project turned out wonderful. Ryan helped with finding the right solution for a pergola as well as did a ton of research. The one he found was exactly what we wanted for the space. I didn’t have a clue how to complete my basement. Ryan came in and walked me through some great ideas to maximize space and function of rooms, wall space and lighting. Ryan is amazing to work with, and we are so happy with our new bathroom! He is very knowledgeable and creative. He helped us with planning our new bathroom and gave us ideas on how to save some money in the process. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work, which is what we wanted. Ryan and sons are an awesome team to work with! He helped us hone our vision for the addition we put on our home and had the whole thing built in 6 weeks. He pulled permits, scheduled subs, ordered everything we needed - and the work is so high quality. The guy thinks of everything and talks you through the options so you feel informed.
