RBM Construction Inc.

RBM Construction (Ryan) was great to work with. He stayed in constant communication on everything regarding our deck, the pros, cons and provided value add suggestions to our entire project. He gave us an estimate of his timeline and started the exact week that he quoted. The workmanship of the finished project is second to none, will call him for all of my deck, renovation and construction needs. Highly, highly recommend.

Working with Ryan at RBM Construction Inc. was easy. He responded in a timely manor to our questions and scheduling a start date for our project was seamless. We are very satisfied with the quality of the finished product.

If we had an option to click 10 stars I would as we are so thrilled with Ryan and his team. Ryan came out to our house within days of contact, went over the plans thoroughly with us, provided a bid based on those plans and was extremely detailed with the work that was expected to happen and open and honest about the "TBD" steps of the project (final finishing, lights, etc... things you are not for sure about until the project unfolds a little more). His communication was amazing throughout the project with always letting us know when he would be stopping by and also a good amount of communication before the project was even accepted. Every step of the way, we could see the detail and perfectionism that Ryan brings to make sure that what is being done is what should be done. Ryan's expertise was superb and we are very thankful to have him complete the deck for us. It is beautiful and we will cherish it forever. Thank you Ryan for everything your team did and you are at the top of our list of contractors to reach out to if we ever need someone to help on another project and we would 100% recommend you to anyone else.

Ryan was very prompt, courteous and professional. He is a very good communicator and stuck to his timeline. He is extremely knowledgeable of the product. Highly recommend and are extremely satisfied with the finished product.

Ryan is knowledgeable and meticulous. When we were getting a quote he made sure to explain everything in detail. When it came time to building our deck he made sure all the permits were in place and communicated his activities. I am extremely happy with the end product. We have a maintenance free, Trex deck that will never need to be stained!

Great communication from the beginning all the way through! Extremely helpful with ideas & reasons why he would do this or that. Left the place extremely clean. Highly recommend RBM for any construction job.

It was a pleasure working with Ryan for our addition. Great communication, timely on projected completion date and we love our new space! Thank you, Ryan!

My wife Susan and I were absolutely delighted with the work Ryan did on our fire pit. He was on time, took time to listen to what we wanted, and paid attention to detail. He made sure our fire pit was put together correctly so it burns smoke free. We happily recommend Ryan for your construction needs.

Ryan does a really great job at his work. He’s very talented and very detailed. We had him redo our bathroom a couple of years ago and it’s absolutely beautiful and it was done to perfection. We just had a last-minute project this summer required by our homeowners insurance. It had to be done by a licensed contractor and he was able to come out even with his full schedule and get the job done for us in time to submit to our insurance so we can stay covered. Ryan is really easy to work with and communicates really well.

I didn’t have a clue how to complete my basement. Ryan came in and walked me through some great ideas to maximize space and function of rooms, wall space and lighting. Communication and new ideas throughout the project was great. Very pleased with the end result and looking forward to furnishing it!! Would highly recommend!!

Ryan has done a few projects for us over the years with the most recent being a deck plus 3-season room addition. It turn out even better than I had envisioned with adding his expert suggestions! He is great to work with and completed the project timely. I highly recommend RBM Construction and will absolutely use them again for our next building/remodel project.

Ryan did an amazing job building our deck! His work is phenomenal and his attention to detail cannot be beat. He went over everything with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. His punctuality and start to finish time frame was exactly what I would expect. Everything from start to finish was top notch!! I highly recommend him, and will definitely be using his services in the future.

Ryan and his crew did an awesome job building a new deck for us this fall. In the bidding process Ryan took the time to explain the process and products and was by the far the best value for our money. He maintained communications with us throughout the project. He was very professional in all of his interactions with us. We are very satisfied with the final product and would highly recommend RBM if you need a building project completed.

Ryan and his son were everything they promised. Their work is exceptional. He is a perfectionist in all that his company does. We were extremely pleased with the results. Ryan’s guidance during the process was amazing. We have a deck and hot tub that dreams are made of and his time frame was right on target. We were very lucky to have found RBM.

Ryan and sons are an awesome team to work with! He helped us hone our vision for the addition we put on our home and had the whole thing built in 6 weeks. He pulled permits, scheduled subs, ordered everything we needed - and the work is so high quality. The guy thinks of everything and talks you through the options so you feel informed. IMO this addition looks like it’s original to the home. I could not recommend him more, 10/10!

I would easily recommend RBM construction to anyone looking for a high quality deck. From the first meeting with Ryan I could tell he was passionate about building decks and knew how to build a high quality deck. He delivered on time and on budget. He also had great recommendations on how to get the most out of boards, adding built in lighting. Deck speaks for itself.

Ryan is amazing to work with, and we are so happy with our new bathroom! He is very knowledgeable and creative. He helped us with planning our new bathroom and gave us ideas on how to save some money in the process. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work, which is what we wanted. He explained everything he did and worked around the little quirks that our bathroom had from the foundation. We didn’t have to worry about anything, he took care of everything. We are so happy that our friend recommended him to us! Before pictures and an after video.

Ryan from RBM Construction has been helping me remodel my house since 2018 when I needed a new bathroom that was handicap accessible after my husband’s stroke. He then built two new sturdy decks with beautiful railings for both the front and back of the house, a huge new shed to store all our winter and summer lawn equipment, completely remodeled my kitchen to open it up and not have any barriers for my husband’s walker, built a laundry area on the main floor so that I didn’t have to walk downstairs to do laundry. More recently Ryan remodeled my basement, adding a beautiful bathroom, bedroom and living area for when I have my grandchildren staying over for a visit. Everything Ryan and his crew have built is top quality yet didn’t break the bank. He is fast and efficient and very meticulous about doing excellent work. I would highly recommend Ryan for your building needs. Thank you Ryan for your kind and caring heart. I almost forgot to mention that he has also done excellent work on both my daughter and son’s homes. My daughter in Woodbury would also hire him in a heartbeat if it wasn’t so far away for him to travel. Remember to be patient when you try to book your remodeling needs because he is well known in the area for his great work ethics and is in high demand. But he’s worth waiting for. Alicia Reed

Our outside project turned out wonderful. Ryan helped with finding the right solution for a pergola as well as did a ton of research. The one he found was exactly what we wanted for the space. He also built beautiful set of stairs for our hot tub. We would highly recommended Ryan and RBM Construction!
